If like me you set your alarm clock this morning to get online and buy "something" from the Alexander Wang Collection from H&M and were greated with this page below, you will also have been pretty unlucky as the page was roadblocked for the entire time with people racing to get their hands on anything they could!!  The website was down from 9am when the online shop opened and no matter how many times you clicked on the "Try Again" button, it was not opening any time soon!!

I did finally manage to get on for a split second and in between clicking on an item and putting it in my basket, it went back to the try again screen, and continued to do this until I finally got to checkout and got myself some sunglasses!!

What I did want, was the AW Duffel bag, which as you can see, SOLD OUT in seconds!!  Now selling on ebay at a starting price of £175!!!

If you want to see what you "could have" got and can still get for triple the price on ebay then check out some of the images below:

I even tried to get this little key ring and as you can see....SOLD OUT!!  Now on ebay for £30!!

Or how about this beanie hat - £19.99 - selling for £150 on ebay already!!

Congratulations to all those that managed to buy something, and at least you know if you don't like it you can make 3 or 4 times the money selling it right back on ebay!!  WOW!!

Celebs hit Brazil for the WORLD CUP FINAL 2014

Rihanna is pictured arm-in-arm with actor Gerard Butler as they watch Germany beat Argentina in the World Cup Final. Never one to shy away from controversy, Rihanna was keen to show her support for one side in particular, wearing a German national shirt for much of the match and tweeting messages about their players

Rihanna was seen celebrating Mario Gotze's winning goal for Germany by lifting up her top to reveal a leather bra.

Family outing: David Beckham and his three sons Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo were all in attendance - with the boys all wearing Argentina kits.

Warm welcome: Brazilian soccer legend Pele (left) greets former English star David Beckham as the two take their seats for the game.

All smiles: Sir Mick Jagger sported an England cap as he watched the match, after he was criticised for backing losing teams during the tournament.

Time to party: Germany's match-winning striker Mario Gotze was seen enjoying a drink with the pop star Rihanna after the match. Seconds after he scored his winning goal, Rihanna tweeted the words 'Super Mario!'

Germany win World Cup: Mario Gotze goal the perfect finale!!

Germany's players and supporters could barely tear themselves away from the Maracana as Brazil's World Cup got the winners it deserved and the winning goal it deserved.

The giant figures of Per Mertesacker and Benedikt Howedes were the unlikely leaders of the dance troupe that spread from the turf in Rio to the fans celebrating behind the goal to the strains of Daft Punk's disco anthem Get Lucky.

It was a joyous scene and one in which no luck was involved. This was a World Cup victory - their fourth - by German design and years in the making - the 1-0 final win over Argentina was merely confirmation of the success of a strategy forged on embarrassments at successive Euros in 2000 and 2004.

USA Out of the World Cup 2014

Belgium broke USA's hearts in extra-time thanks to goals from Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, but the Red Devils were made to fight until the last drop of sweat to earn their 2-1 victory which took them into the quarter-finals of the World Cup.
USA put in an excellent performance and matched their opponents for much of the game, with Tim Howard making a record 15 saves in a World Cup game, but in the end they could not keep up with the Belgians, who scored twice in the first half of extra-time to seal their progress.

Yet there was to be another huge twist as Julian Green was introduced for USA and the young forward immediately got on the scoresheet, finishing brilliantly from a long pass to put it beyond Courtois. The tables were turned as the second half of extra-time was a complete siege as USA hurled everything at the Belgian goal, but they couldn't find a way through and had to bow out as yet another brave underdog to exit this World Cup.

Congratulations USA for getting this far and proving a lot of countries wrong!!

Now here’s a sneakerhead that's put his love for a good pair of kicks to use.. Sneaker Pawn!!

Forget stocks. Sneaker futures are making Wall Street look like a swap meet.

High-end kicks are becoming the currency of choice in New York, and one 16-year-old is taking advantage of the trend — using his own five-figure stock of 45 mint-condition basketball shoes to open the world’s first sneaker pawn shop.

“Young kids don’t have jewelry. They don’t have cars,” said Troy Reed, dad of young entrepreneur Chase “Sneakers” Reed. “But what they do have is the thousands of dollars worth of sneakers in their house.”

Chase, a 10th-grader at Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem, still marvels over pictures of the freshest sneaker designs online and waits in line for hours to add to his collection. Only now he and his father are also getting them from fellow “investors” who want quick cash.

They have all sorts of reasons for selling short. One pawned fancy footwear to pay for his brother’s funeral. Two teen girls liquidated their sneakers to pay for prom dresses. Another savvy investor flipped a pair of LeBron Crown Jewels and two pairs of Jordans and used the thousands in profit to pay for his move to The Bronx from Brooklyn.

The store’s priciest pawned pairs so far — those Crown Jewels — are commanding $1,400, more than five times the $270 sticker price.

“I don’t look at it like a business. It’s what I do. It’s what I breathe,” said Chase. “It’s an idea that’s right in front of your face. It’s just about bringing the idea to life.”

During school hours, his father and their sneaker-maven pal Rahsaan “Uncle Bless” Capers man the shop at Lenox Avenue and West 120th Street. They’re looking for “high-end sneakers or dead-stock sneakers” — pairs that are no longer being manufactured. If a prospective pawner’s kicks qualify, they give the shoes a whiff, check to see if they’re yellowing and examine the soles for excessive wear.

“After we evaluate it, we’ll give the kid, say, $100 for the sneakers. If he wants them back, he’ll pay the $100, plus $20 for storing the sneakers,” Troy said.

If someone makes an offer, the pawner is notified and has the right of first refusal, provided they can pony up the cash. If the sneakers sell for more, the pawner keeps 80 percent of the profit and the rest goes to the store.

A lightly worn pair’s value can jump exponentially compared to its initial retail price. A pair of Nike Air Yeezys — Kanye West’s signature sneakers — are currently selling for from $1,700 to $15,000 on eBay. Originally, they went for $263. Kanye’s own purported pair of Yeezys are going for $50,000.
Capers, who owns three pairs of Yeezys, said he has been offered close to $17,000 for the trio — a better profit margin than Apple stock.

"I DON’T LOOK AT IT LIKE A BUSINESS. IT’S WHAT I DO. IT’S WHAT I BREATHE."
 - Chase 'Sneakers' Reed

“I’m still not ready to bring them in yet,” he laughed. “I’m waiting for a sneaker expo first.”

The $30,000 in seed money for Sneaker Pawn came from Chase selling off his own collection — which peaked at 200 pairs.

He and his dad came up with the idea when Chase asked to borrow $50 spending money after waiting all night to dole out his father’s hard-earned cash on a new release.

“I was like, ‘Are you serious?’ I’m holding these sneakers until I get my $50 back,” said Troy Reed, who got his start in business making and selling documentaries about Harlem druglords like Alpo and Rich Porter.

But Chase didn’t just plant the seed for the idea or help raise start-up money. After school, he does homework and then stays up late custom-painting sneakers. Typically, he’ll earn between $150 and $250 for each custom paint job.

“Luckily when the store opened, school started slowing down,” he said.

Some of the sneakers at Chase's store below:

Air Jordan 2 High DB “Charity, Doerabecher,” 2007, $1,200

Kobe 9 Elite “Masterpiece,” 2014, $650

Air Foamposite 1 PRM, “Weatherman,” 2013, $250

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, 2013, $900

San Antonio Spurs beat Miami Heat in finals series to win NBA championship!!

One year after a heartbreaking defeat, the San Antonio Spurs are back on top of the NBA.

The Spurs wrapped up the championship Sunday, defeating the Miami Heat in five games, avenging last year’s seven-game loss to Miami.

This is San Antonio’s fifth title in the past 15 years. The win was especially meaningful for Spurs forward Tim Duncan and head coach Gregg Popovich, who’ve participated in all of the team’s championships.

The Spurs won the 2014 NBA Finals with a resounding 104-87 win over LeBron James and the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the best-of-seven series at AT&T Center in San Antonio on Sunday night. A third-straight lopsided Finals victory gave the Spurs a 4-1 series triumph and avenged a heartbreaking loss to the Heat in the 2013 NBA Finals. It also brought the franchise its fifth NBA championship since it selected Tim Duncan with the No. 1 overall pick in the 1997 NBA Draft.
